06:28 - Here in Hook all is going well, there is plenty of chocolate to keep us going until we hand over to a new team at 9am.. We have just spoken to Garth Matthews on his hourly call to check all is okay and that everyone has made it to the second mountain, he is on his way to Snowdon as I type.

07:40 - Hook Control have now been joined by Richard Q.. We're not feeling too bad after being up for 5hrs, time has passed quickly and with so many updates to publish, we haven't even had time to read the celeb gossip magazines we brought along..!!

07:52 - Team 7 (Netwalks) have 'net'walked to the mid point on the way back to base camp..

07:54 - Team 15 (Get Up and Go Go Girls) have made it to the midway marker on their way back down..

09.15 Team 18 (the AWNTYS) have finished Scafell...well done guys...keep going!!! Its a new day!!

Team 4 (the GEC Grunters) finished at 9.10.....4 teams till to finish the highest mountain in England...go teams!!

09.18 Team 31 (Panic Now) are at midway down point....so all teams are at or past mid-point down . Get the bacon on at the bottom!!
